The legendary Brazilian striker Romario de Souza Farias ally enroll Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB) for a possible participation in the 2010 elections, political sources
The PSB of the state of Rio de Janeiro and head of player's own press reported Monday that the affiliation of Romario will be announced Tuesday at a public event organized by the political movement in the center of the capital carioca.

The political party and player spokesmen, however, refrained from mentioning the potential charge that Romario would run in the 2010 elections, which will be chosen President of the Republic, governors, congressmen and regional legislators.
Romario, 43, had retired from the court, but suddenly announced his return to defend the modest America, the team of the affections of his late father and is involved in the second division of Campeonato Carioca in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
